By the road works

I was walking my children and dog when a car mounted the pathway behind me to get through as there is no space for them to drive through on the road. I felt unsafe and it's dangerous..I had no where to go but continue forward after I crossed the road to be safe.

    Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
