  • Customer called for updates. This has been ongoing for very long time-previous reports 392636/ 395423, customer said that they are not able to sleep for more than 2 months now. This is very frustrating, and this affect you mentally.

    This needs to be sorted ASAP

  • Customer called as this has not been fixed yet. Please can some updates be provided as soos as possible, it's been more then 2 months since this was first reported. M1 is closed some nights the noise is horrible and constant.

  • Resident called again asking for some updates when this will be resolved as is very hard for them to sleep during the night.

    I did read the update to the resident and said she will give another 2 weeks for the problem to be resolved and if not she will call bak again.
