Caller Emma says that the work on the yellow lines have not been completed.
Work started here a few months ago. That the lack of progress has led to parking problems. Has had several contacts with CSA's in April and May.
Customer is not happy and wanted to complain about the lack of progress and no contact to her from highways. Her contact details are correct within Insite--------Email sent to the Highways Liaison Team

Following email reply from the PO via Highways Liaison
Hi Darren,This has been attended to, but the lines were not extended far enough, it has now been passed back to the contractor. However, the gentleman that deals with the lining is on leave so will have to wait until he gets back to get a specific date.
Kind Regards
Ben Callender
