Outside Ladbrokes 6-10 High St. Dunstable LU6 3HA
Reported via desktop in the Drains/Ditches Blocked category anonymously at 17:00, Wednesday 13 March 2024
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 403800.
We are the maintenance team for ladbrokes and have attended the shop and carried out the following - Attended to further investigate and attempt to gain access to pipework at ground level. Removed false wall to entrance to find pipe does not discharge through this space. Decision then made to trace from within store. Trimmed facia and knocked out some decorative brick to find RWP runs within the internal wall of the store. Followed this to floor, removing skirting exposing brickwork. Knocked through this to expose bend of pipe heading to road. This would appear not to be trapped within. The issue has been traced to outside of the shop within the highways area. Can you please investigate this - if you require a visit with our drainage/plumbing contractor, please let me know an eta and I can arrange.
