Between monkey puzzles nursery and council offices

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406791.

Only one small 40mins speed limit sign, not very visible so most people don’t realise it’s a 40mph. This road is between a nursery and has a crossing used to get to the local primary school. I have seen several near misses due to vehicles going too fast on this stretch of road.
