Multiple huge potholes - Church Close

On Church Close (Entrance to Church St car park) from approximately halfway down the road and all the way up to Priory gardens gateway, there are multiple potholes that are dangerous for both pedestrians and vehicles.

These have been repaired multiple times and failed. This whole section needs fully resurfacing.
