This ditch has not been cleaned out by Central Beds for more than 20 years. It is now silted up and the outlet is blocked. Water comes down the ditch (sometimes grey water) and stagnates in this section of the ditch. As well as the stench when the weather is hot it must also be a health hazard.

Now the weather has improved, YOUR ditch is producing an unholy stench. You have previously cleaned the ditch outside number 2 so consequently everything stagnates outside number 4. Please resolve asap. Thank you.
