Thank you for your Highways report.
That strip of land between the paths is still owned by the Developer. We have approached the Mapping team to confirm the adoption records to determine who is responsible.
Many thanks,

Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspxAfter inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the trees during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
Many thanks,
