On the pavement alongside the B659 in Biggleswade running from just outside of the town centre to the Jordan's Mill turn off

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 408369.
There is only pavement along one side of the B659 in Biggleswade running from just outside of the town centre to the Jordan's Mill turn off. The pavement is severely overgrown with stinging nettle and other plant life growing over the pavement forcing walkers to have to walk in the road. This is a VERY BUSY section of road, with absolutely no safe shoulder and it is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS for walkers to have to walk in the road BECAUSE THE COUNCIL CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO MAINTAIN OUR HIGHWAYS AND PAVEMENTS. What do I pay for my council tax and road tax for when the roads and pavements that I need to use are not maintained? This is utterly disgraceful. Today, I passed other walkers and runners using this pavement and virtually all of them had to go into the road at times because the pavement is entirely overgrown by stinging nettles and other wild plants. There are dangerous bends on this road in many of the places where the only pavement is overgrown forcing walkers to walk in the road with virtually no shoulder, fast moving traffic and on a blind bend!!! This section of overgrown pavement runs for about an entire mile! I've not been able to upload my photos and short videos, but I provide a link to the photos and videos that I took this afternoon showing both the overgrown sections of pavement as well as the fast moving motor traffic. Please cut this overgrown section of the pavement back without delay and please maintain it in future. This is what I pay my council tax and road tax for!
