Roundabout at junction of Great Northern Road, King Street and Richard Street.

Reported via mobile in the Trees category anonymously at 14:02, Mon 24 June 2024

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 408427.

The tree situated on the pavement between Great Northern Road and King Street has lots of foliage growing from the base and trunk. As a result, when waiting to pull out of King Street, it is impossible to see if there is traffic approaching the roundabout along Great Northern Road, as the foliage obscures visibility. This is likely to cause an accident, as cars rarely slow down/stop at the roundabout when travelling along Great Northern Road, and could hit cars pulling out from stationary from King Street.
