Photo indicates location. Unable to get current photo of overgrown path and traffic light whilst driving. Sight is dangerous as cars have no idea of traffic light status if there is a lorry on the nearside. Pedestrians have to walk in the road to avoid overgrown vegetation which is touching passing vehicles.
