On the hitchin road going towards barton just as going into 40mph zone

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 409231.

There is a 'no right turn' sign that is completely obstructed. Lately I have come round the blind bend several times to find a car stationary and waiting to turn right! Even people doing under 40 wont have a chance to stop. Also, there is no 'No Entry' sign displayed if your are going torwards Barton, so your only notice is the 'No Right Turn' sign which is completely covered and in fact is positioned after the bilnd bend when maybe it would be better before the bend anyway?
