• Thank you for your Highways report.
  An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)

• Lamp is still not worked since reported in July. Work order raised in August but still not working . Area is now very dark. Located in front of number 10 Lychmead . Lamp column number 4 -------Email sent to street lighting
