Lifebelt has been taken from the holder

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6289804.

Someone has taken the lifebelt out of its holder on the bank and thrown it into the river.

Please can it be replaced as soon as possible as it could be a matter f life or death.
