Roadworks traffic lights on Bedford road

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 409811.

Traffic lights are stuck on red around the roundabout causing major traffic delays and dangerous driving as drivers ending up head on head on the roundabout

  • Inspector has attended site.
    Issue due to battery being stolen.
    Anglian Water currently have a team on site manually controlling the traffic. Working to rephase the lights and operating again. Once operating, the lights will be manned daily between 07:00 and 19:00.
