Large horse chestnut tree

Reported via iOS in the Trees category anonymously at 21:38, Mon 12 August 2024

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 410249.

I wrote last December about a large tree at the back of my bungalow, as it’s common law is it right that I can remove branches that are overhanging my property? My garden gets covered in the sap which is very sticky and when the conkers arrive there is masses of them, hoping for an agreement on this. Thank you, Karen Marvel
