Road close - no work in progress

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 410283.

The road has been completely closed off just round the bend on high street. There is no one working and no open holes or evidence of any work that has been started??? why is this road even closed if no one isnt even working? I have checked to see if there is any permit for this work and it is not on one.network at all
