MAISIE Gardens Upper Caldecote

The issue IS NOT with lamppost 33 . The issue here is there has never been any streetlights operating in Maisie Gardens since we moved here in September 2021 . CBC and the developer of this site are aware . My concerns are there must have been a regulatory onus on the developer Maple Ridge Homes in order to be granted planning permission . Same scenario applies to unfinished road and footpath access . In the photos shown you will see that currently we have unlit bollard style posts on the West side of Maisie Gardens only totally inadequate even if they were lit . Again having gained planning permission for this site street lighting that work must have been a regulatory requirement under permissions to build . The implications of not having any street lighting are obvious in terms of personal safety and traffic related matters.
