Huge Sycamore tree overhanging garden of no.17, dropping leaves, tree sap and multitudes of self seeded saplings. Tree also dropping sap onto cars in three allocated car parking spaces (affecting properties No.16, 20, 21). Leaves and saplings dropping onto No.18’s property also. Concern also about potential damage from tree’s root system.

  • Hello - the land on which this tree sits is not CBC owned/adopted. It shows as private.

    Would advise the resident using Land Registry to track and contact the owner.
