Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 410628.

Unable to report damage to Middlefield Lane, as FMS states that Middlefield Lane, has not been adopted The farmer for Henlow End Farm, Middlefield Lane, Henlow, , SG16 6PJ says that Middlefield Lane, has been adopted by CBC many years ago. 30 years ago

Says that he has written proof from the council regarding this and also a letter from the council when the road was named Middlefield Lane. . The tarmac is falling apart with the tarmac falling into the ditch

    Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
