Hello please could Central Bedfordshire Council install some Schoolchildren Crossing Signs and Zebra Crossings here.

I could see a child being run over in its current state. Theres no Schoolchildren Crossing Signs, yet many primary schoolchildren crossing and fast vehicles using this main road junction. If there were some signs and Zebra Crossings here it would mean a less dangerous walk for the schoolchildren.

There is already one sign on Leopold Road, however I believe most people use Rock Lane and Linslade Lower School Pathway as the entrance to the school.

Some signs and crossings should be added to provide a sense of a protective community, particularly for schoolchildren. It would also serve as a reminder to loud groups returning from London and our Town Centre after a night out to become quiet as there's likely families sleeping in the houses nearby.
