Thank you for submitting your Highways report. Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx
After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.

It’s fissspointing CBC accepted and adopted highs footpst from the developer Clearly the contractor ran out of warring course and never finished the job The tactile slabs have been laid the recieve the wearing course but non ever laid
Why did CbC accept this finish On adoption
This is a regular occurrence happening more often letting developers getting away with poos finish to the highway works
The section of path is a trip hazard and needs resurfacing

we will look to get this work planned in as soon as the budget constraints have been lifted
