30 mile road marking on road, by parkside fark shop, coming from jordons

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 410908.

The 30 mile road marking on the road is very faint. I am a speed watch volunteer for broom and southill, giving up my time to try and slow the traffic down, to make drivers aware off the excessive speed they are doing through broom and southill. It doesn't help when the road markings are no longer visible. Please can you repaint. Thank you in advance.

  • Thank you for your Highways report.
    An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)
