  • Thank you for your report. Stiles are the landowner's responsibility to keep safe and in good order under Section 146 of the Highways Act 1980. I believe this stile may belong to Network Rail. They have been contacted about another stile alongside the railway and have said they will deal with it so i will let them know about this one too.
