Reported via mobile in the Public Rights of way category anonymously at 12:49, Thursday 5 September 2024

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6439536.

Footpath completely overgrown with weeds, stinging nettles etc, needs cutting back and REGULAR maintenance - this footpath is consistently impassable in recent years due to lack of maintenance.

Updates

  • Thank you for your report. We do have an annual public rights of way grass cutting contract but unfortunately this path is not on the contract and we do not currently have the budget to add anything to it. We can consider adding new paths to the contract next financial year but this will depend on the budget available for public rights of way works.
