Ongoing problems with people parking on pavement. Fully or partially blocked every week. Disabled and elderly unable to get past and have to use The road on a black blind bend. Sometimes both sides are parked on. Needs some posts as per further up the road. We Witnessed a young girl on a bike squeezing through alongside the white van as it pulled away and she nearly got crushed
