39 TheDairy . The oak tree on the footpath adjacent to my property
Reported via mobile in the Trees category anonymously at 18:29, Mon 9 September 2024
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411194.
I have just got back from my holiday and the Oak tree branch on the footpath adjacent to 39 The Dairy has fallen on my property into my garden . As you can see from the picture the tree branch has caused damage to my property and needs cutting back. As the tree is on a public footpath I believe this is your responsibility to clear the debris from my garden.

Hello James .
See CRN : 411194
Resident has been touch . Says that the large Oak tree branches and debris are still resting on his garden fence. That when will the council make arrangements to have them removed.
Plus he will request a claim form if the fence has been damaged after the trunk has been removed .
Also the tree is over grown and needs cutting / trimming. Or else in any future high winds . It will end up falling on to pedestriansState changed to: Open

Resident says that the large tree branch is still leaning on his back garden and we have not made arrangements to have it removed.
That it's too heavy for him to remove. There are no locked gates and the garden is accessible .
Please see previous note on 17 / 09 .
