Drains outside 186 and 188 High Street are blocked with mud and weeds

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411195.

Please could these be cleared of mud and weeds so that when it rains the rain water drains away and not into the driveway for the flats. Thank you
