30 Lower Shelton Road, MK43 0LN

Reported via desktop in the Flooded Property category anonymously at 21:09, Monday 9 September 2024

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411200.

The storms on Sunday 8th Set 2024 brought heavy rain to the area. The surface water as well as sewage from further up the road coming along the road flowed fast down the drive of the property and into the basement of the property. It flowed so quickly that the water gathered into a ppuddle under the parked car(s) as the water could not escape anywhere. There was also a horrible smell of the water It appears the ditch nearby needs to be cleaned and the field next door needs to trenched. This is not the first time the flooding has happened to this property. The owners say they have reported this to CBC in the past. System will noot allow me to upload video evidence. Thank you
