The waste is close to an unofficial lay by and by a culvert where a brook goes underneath the road. The nearest dwelling is The Old Vicarage, Chalgrave Road. The waste covers half of the road which is a narrow country road and dark at night, posing a danger to traffic.

The green waste is mainly large conifers cut into large logs plus the branches etc. There is also some black rubber tubing dumped very close by in the lay by. This is the 6th incident of green waste being dumped near this location since March 2024.
