Tree is leaning toward properties and is extremely tall (struggling to get house insurance). Does not belong to residents is on council land.

  • Hello - this does not belong to the council. I'd advise the concerned resident using Land Registry to confirm ownership, as the alleyway the side and rear of the properties is private property.
