Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411643.
Recent road works that took place recently
The finish has not been done professionally
Looks like a temp surface has been laid till a permanent surface will be laid at a later date. . Caller spoke to crew who said that 's your lot . Therefore they are finished.
No permit signs were seen during the works and also no CBC signs on the vans or crew
No seal around the iron works
So bits of tarmac material are coming loose.
The material will not bed in.

Following email from Grant in response to the PO.
Hi Scott,. Hope youre well. The ironworks are due to be inspected and if necessary, raised later, we have allowed the Mirco Surfacing to happen first to highlight any necessary ironwork adjustments.
Regarding the material appearance itself, I think the issue is that people are just not overly impressed with the appearance of Micro Surfacing, to the residents they just see it as the same as surface dressing. I get residents tell me on site that they are not fans of this type of treatment however they dont have the understand the cost-efficient side of our work.
Kind regards, Grant Shepherd . Clerk Of WorksHighways and Environmental Services
