Inspection manhole opposite 204 London Road on grass
Reported via mobile in the Drains/Ditches Blocked category by William Vauls at 16:42, Sun 22 September 2024
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411720.
Road floods and this in turns floods properties on this slip road. Drains on road recently cleaned but drain from manhole inspection pit on the grass which goes to the main drain on London Road is blocked and requires cutter (“the mole”) as rodding of drain was pulling roots and other vegetation on the drain running from the manhole to London Road.
This has been reported before (over a year ago) when there was similar flooding.
