Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411815.

Regularly Flooding, that has been ongoing for years. causing substantial damage to flooring and structural (Doors etc) causing loss of earnings and having to constantly pay out the replace flooring and damages before reopening. This has been reported before and nothing is being done to help prevent this. It's now really starting to affect small businesses
