Drain seems to be permanently blocked/full of silt going back at least 2 years, contributing to river-like surface water torrent flowing down Windmill Road every time we have heavy rainfall. Contributed to flash flood on Sunday night which caused a devastating flood to our property for which we are now being rehomed for 6-12 months.
