customer has called as she has said that someone who lives in broad rush green seems to have cemented over the hols/road surface in this area, she has witnessed this and has on camera - please can this be checked again for repair as this was due to be repaired by council as per previous notes, road has been blocked off as well for no apparent reason. Please re-assess area and see what has been happening here. Customer has explained road is very slippery now and dangerous and needs to be checked as soon as possible.

Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
