31 High Street, Blunham High Street and Kebab Shop Blunham

Reported via desktop in the Drains/Ditches Blocked category anonymously at 17:11, Tue 1 October 2024

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 412549.

Drains cleared this morning are already full and back flowing and blocking the pavement, forcing pedestrians into the road - this is not a new problem it is a regular occurrence after rain and indicates a bigger local issue. At the moment (17.00hrs on 1 Oct) elderly resident (91 Years) can't enter or leave her home without help of a car. Also the work this morning also left unsightly mounds of earth piled up on the grass verge outside her house.
