Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 412556.
Water lying on Road Drains are insufficient. The Drainage on the road has been impacted since it was re-surfaced a few years ago and secondly by Pothole repair early this year. The foot path is impassable for pedestrians. Please see photos for example of how footpath and Pedestrians are being impacted. This ongoing since the Road was resurfaced, the lack of drainage then caused potholes at side of the road and the repair to those potholes has aggravated the problem.

Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspxAfter inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
