Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 412567.

This street light is a continual problem and I’ve reported it multiple times in recent years. It was working during the summer but has not worked since September 8th when it was flickering in moderately strong winds. It has not worked since. This is a dark cul-de-sac with a number of retired people living in it and safety concerns are an issue. Things are not helped by the fact that the lamp is now surrounded by the branches of an adjacent tree.
