During periods of rain, water bubbles up through the drain and also rises through our driveway, resembling boiling liquid. This water then cascades down the side of our house and accumulates at the back, leading to flooding. We have also had water bubbling up in the upstairs toilet.

We have reported this issue to Anglian Water and the council on numerous occasions, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
