Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 412691.
Tree out side property grown to big and heavy brought down telephone cable branch will soon be growing through bedroom window tree as made it to dark at daytime and cuts out street lights at night tree on opposite corner been cut right back three times this tree outside 5 cedars way as only been trimmed once

Thank you for your Highways report.
Firstly, apologies if the tree was to blame for the BT wire. Trees and wires happily coexist all over the County, it is very rare for this to occur. I understand that BT will repair this for you.
Secondly, there is no right to light in relation to trees. So that is not a reason we would conduct work.
Lastly, you can prune anything coming into your property up to the boundary line. Provided this is conducted by a competent individual and arisings are disposed of responsibly.
