Resident called to ask for an update as this morning the residet saw the team delaing with the blocked drain.
The team said that the camera is not working, and they don't know what is wrong with the drain.

This customer has called back in and he contacted Anglian Water and they have said the issue is a surface gully which is responsiblity of Central Beds Council, can we take a further look at this enquiry as the gentleman who reported called in again today. Surface water issues are not Anglian Water responisbilty, they did give the customer their reference is 26446976 if this helps you with any enquiries you will need to do.

Anglian Water have confirmed this is defintely nothing to do with them, last time he spoke to council they were saying around corner by bates avenue and it was full to brim so could be collapsed drain, also there is a willow tree located nearby which could be the cause.because of the roots, customer said it has been ongoing for at least 10 years, there has been no rain in March and stil overfows with water, he would like an answer to this problem please. He needs to know what is the cause as its goes on the same reply of continue to monitor, he feels like he is back to square one, defintely not waterboard.
