Hello, both of these locations are not owned/managed by CBC. I'd advise using Land Registry to trace the owners of the land. Would advise speaking directly with the Church/Town Council to request any work to the trees within the grounds.

Resident has already spoken to the church who said it's not their land. Also spoke to the parish council who advised her that the land is not their land . That she should contact the council

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately this issue does not come under the responsibility of our Highways Department, however, we have forwarded this report to our Customer Services Team, and requested it is passed to CBC Assets within Central Bedfordshire Council.
We believe the land around the Church to be under the ownership of our Assets team - we have sent this onto them. The parcel of land within the fence to the front of the property is not CBC owned. This is where we'd advise Land Registry to check ownership.
