This tall conifer is providing a home for wildlife and provides the air that we breathe, we have a significant lack of trees in Biggleswade and cannot afford to lose another tree, many people have fond memories of the tree and do not want to see it cut down, please save this tree.

  • Hello - we have been speaking to the local Cllr regarding this. We believe that this was misinformation which has gained traction and spread. The source of this information has claimed it was a misunderstanding and they got the wrong end of the stick. No work is planned for the tree.
