Inside kitelands park

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413276.

There are 3 lampposts within the park and none of them are working. Walking through the park early morning and it is pitch black. I have to take a torch to be able to see the footpath. All other streetlights are on so cannot see why all 3 are off
