Light turns green for a maximum of 10 seconds allowing only 2 or 3 cars to leave the junction causing long tail backs of approximately 1 mile. Also causing congestion for the buses and other vehicles turning into the high street from Court Drive causing tailbacks along Court Drive and College Drive
