Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413757.

Occupants of 55 & 57 are driving across the kerb and along the pavement and grass verge to park their cars in front of their houses. This has resulted in damage and sinking of the dropped curb at 51 Oak Crescent

    Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
