Clarence Road pedestrian crossing opposite shopping centre

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413803.

Belisha Beacon on north side of road has not been working for some weeks.There are families with young children living nearby.Also,it is a route for schoolchildren to the Gilbert Inglefield & Vandyke Academy / School.As it is now winter,dark earlier,this is now a matter of urgency before an accident happens,before schools return from holiday!?.I am reporting this now as no one else that I can see has bothered to do so!?,D
