Down the side of 110 biggleswade road side street leading behind houses

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413805.

Both the street lights are not comming on its exstreamly dark, Pitch black,its a Hazard for walking and There are cars Parked along so a security problem.been out for a few days now.
