Manhole cover outside 57 Brooklands drive

Fed up and tired of reporting this ongoing issue which is never repaired properly! The manhole cover and surrounding tarmac is loose from HGV’s driving over it. The manhole is loose and every single time a vehicle drives over it there is an almighty clunking noise which I can hear while sat in my home. This is echoed even more in the middle of the night!!! The tarmac is deteriorating and when you stand on the manhole cover the tarmac flexes. This is incredibly dangerous and the manhole cover can cave in at any moment. This will cause serious damage to vehicles and cause a motorcycle rider to come off. The previous excuse of not enough money in the budge and not a priority is sheer negligence. Repair it now or I shall go to the press and my local MP.
